Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, there's no need to stress. I understand that life can be unpredictable, but I also have to manage my own schedule. Therefore, any cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment will require a $50 fee, in addition to your re-booking cost. Rebooking will not be possible until this fee has been settled.
Full payment will not be due until 72 hours before your booked time, therefore you will not need to worry about a refund.

Deposit and Payment
A NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee of 30% will be due at booking to hold your spot. This will go towards your full total. If this is not paid within 24 hours after booking, it will be automatically cancelled.
All payments must be made in FULL at least 72 hours before your scheduled time! Otherwise your booking will be automatically cancelled.
(If full total is paid at booking, you will receive a refund for cancellations made before the 72 hour mark. This does not include your retainer fee.)
